A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

APGSolutions.org (the "Site") is an online information
service owned and published by Alliance Professional
Group, LLC ("APG"). This Agreement applies to your use
of all portions of the Site (including restricted and
unrestricted resources) and supercedes any other conditions
of use applicable to the Site.
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING ACCESS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT")
WHICH GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION
ON THE SITE. BY USING YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND
BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SUBSEQUENT
MODIFICATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
PRIVACY AND USER INFORMATION
APG may store information provided by you as part of
Guest Book sign in or contained in the access logs which
track use of the Site. Absent your consent, APG will
not knowingly provide any identifying personal information
regarding you which is obtained from those sources to
anyone other than APG and its officers, employees, affiliates,
and contractors who are involved in the promotion, maintenance,
development or administration of the Site and related
products or services.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
The Site and its contents are provided for informational
purposes only and do not constitute business or legal
advice. You therefore agree to make your own independent
investigation as the basis for any judgments, decisions,
or actions, to assume total responsibility for your
use of the Site, and that any reliance upon the Site
and its contents shall be at your sole risk. Neither
APG (including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
contractors, sponsors, advertisers, officers and employees)
nor any of its data or content providers shall be liable
for any errors, delays or omissions in the content of
the Site or in access to the Site, or for any judgment,
decision or action taken in reliance thereon. Furthermore,
you agree that no responsibility is assumed, nor will
any be asserted, for the accuracy or timeliness of any
information provided by or through the Site.
This Site and its contents provide approach and style
to Alliance Professional Group, LLC (APG) solutions
driven results. However, it is not meant to be a "how
to" template without the details and expertise provided
by APG and its trained professionals.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to be responsible for the consequences of
your judgments, decisions or actions arising from the
use of the Site, and to indemnify and hold APG (including
its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors,
sponsors, advertisers, officers and employees) harmless
from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party resulting from
or arising out of your use of the Site or your violation
of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAWS
You agree that this Agreement and any dispute relating
to it or the Site will be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the United States and
the Commonwealth of Virginia, as such laws are applied
to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely
within Virginia and between Virginia residents, without
regard to conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts
residing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
COPYRIGHTS AND LICENSES
The entire contents of the Site and all information
contained therein are copyrighted under the United States
copyright laws. The owner of the copyright is APG, unless
otherwise expressly stated in a particular document
contained on the Site. By accessing a specific document
in the Site, you agree to honor all claimed copyrights
and to abide by all express restrictions on the distribution
and use of that document. Unless otherwise expressly
allowed as part of a license specifically include in
a particular document, any copying, redistribution,
retransmission or publication of any document, material
or information accessed on the Site is strictly prohibited
(except for your own use as permitted below) without
the express written consent of APG.
No document, material or information obtained from the
Site may be posted in whole or in part for multi-user
access (regardless of protocol or architecture) on the
Internet, an intranet or any computer or storage system,
although it may be copied to a computer or storage system
or printed solely for use by the individual who was
authorized to originally obtain it from the Site.
Any information or document on the Site may be referenced
or indexed via links or references to its original APGSolutions.org
location, so long as such access does not violate any
other terms of this Agreement or is otherwise prohibited
by express terms in that document.
In no event may any document, material or information
from the Site be linked or referenced for profit, distributed
for profit or sold.
