Success Through Service...

Memberships within strategically aligned organizations are critical to personal and professional success. Yet, how do you make the decision of which organizations to belong given the dizzying array of choices. The answer is that you look to your business plan and values statement, then align with those organizations whose membership is 50% or more aligned with your values, experience, and geographic focus.

Membership is not maintained in any organization where we don't propose to be active. Examples of those organizations that we have committed time, money, and energy to include, but are not limited to the:

American Society for Training and Development (Metro DC Chapter)- The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) is the worlds largest association for training and development professionals with 150 chapters and 70,000 members worldwide with roughly 500 members in the local chapter.

Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce - Serving over 1,000 members from King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania Stafford Counties and the City of Fredericksburg. Members join the chamber to help influence the regional business environment and find opportunities to promote their businesses and advance their industries. Alliance Professional Group, LLC has served as a Board retreat facilitator.

Institute of Management Consultants - The Institute of Management Consultants is the non-profit, national professional organization and certifying body for management consultants. Members of IMC's National Capital region chapter (IMC NCR) are committed to improving the effectiveness of clients, organizations, and their management teams. Our members, including Certified Management Consultants (CMC), provide the highest level of professional services in diverse areas of management and operations.

Potomac Hospital Foundation-The Foundation was a driver in the "Campaign for Your New Potomac Hospital". The Campaign is participated in raising $71 million for the new 183 bed hospital wing.

Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce - The Economic Development Committee is the center of our focus with this progressive Chamber on the I-66 corridor. We were sponsored by DIDLAKE, Inc.

Prince William Chamber of Commerce - Serving over 900 members from Stafford County to Springfield, VA, this organization has a business, quality of life, and legislative focus. Our service includes positions of/on:

PWCS Education Foundation - The Prince William County Schools Education Foundation brings a shared vision for enhancing and enriching the education opportunities for the children of Prince William County. The Foundation's priorities include: bolstering student achievement through innovative grant programs; building school, business and community partnerships; recognizing excellence in those trusted with educating students; encouraging family involvement in education; creating meaningful dialogue between the schools and community; and, uniting community resources to invest in public schools.
