Balanced Scorecard
This well-known assessment focuses the key components of any organization to provide a “balanced” view of the organization.  It not only considers financial metrics but also those organizational areas of the organization that most significantly influence financial results including vision and mission strategy, internal business processes, customers, as well as learning and growth.  Assessment outputs help to get commitment at all levels, develop organizational goals, improve techniques, establish more effective reward and recognition systems, break down organizational barriers, coordinate responsibilities and foster performance improvements. 

Baldrige Assessment
The Baldrige Assessment is an in-depth survey based on criteria for performance excellence that help organizations address an ever-changing marketplace, focus on strategy-driven performance, and manage results that balance the needs of everyone involved.  Areas examined include strategic planning, leadership, human resources, process management, information and analysis, customer and market focus, and business results. Board Performance Assessment
This is a board of directors' assessment that quickly evaluates the overall effectiveness of a Board of Directors from two perspectives: (1) their ability to work together and (2) the degree to which they are in compliance with governance best practices and important regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley. This assessment is appropriate for public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Cost of Conflict
This is a valuable tool for putting a dollar amount on the cost of conflict to an organization’s bottom line.  This is a very effective means for quantifying the cost of internal interpersonal/interdepartmental conflict that can be used by executives to decide on the appropriate type(s) of intervention(s) and the dollar resources to fund those interventions.  This tool can also be used to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) for coaching and professional development solutions.
